Our founder, James, embarked on a journey to establish this company driven by a profound vision: to enact positive change, particularly within communities of individuals with disabilities. His inspiration stems from personal experiences, as his family’s relocation to the US in pursuit of better medical care for his younger brother, born with a rare disability, ignited his passion for advocacy. Witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by those with disabilities and the elderly, James translated at hospitals for his family and volunteered at nursing homes, deepening his understanding of their daily struggles.

Drawing upon his background in the real estate and construction sectors, James conceptualized Holding Hands, a venture that merges his expertise, knowledge, and network. Holding Hands spearheads projects, collaborating exclusively with dependable, empathetic contractors on the team to craft tailored home solutions aimed at enhancing quality of life.
